What EstimationPro Does
EstimationPro.AI accepts several input types and turns them into priced, line-item estimates:
- → Job site photos: Add photos of the job and the AI reads them for scope and conditions
- → Voice recordings: Record a voice walkthrough of the job; the AI transcribes it and builds estimate line items from it
- → Handwritten notes: Photograph handwritten notes, sketches, or measurements from a site visit; the AI reads them
- → Text descriptions: Type the job scope and measurements directly
Output: A priced, line-item estimate with labor and materials, with rates adjusted for the job's location. The contractor reviews every line and can edit it before sending. The contractor can export a branded PDF or share the estimate by link, and the client can view it, approve it, and ask questions in a client portal. Contractors save 2+ hours per estimate.
Follow-up: When an estimate is sent from EstimationPro, the client gets an automatic reminder at 24 hours if it is unopened, another 48 hours after opening with no response, and a final one at 7 days. Reminders stop on expiry or opt-out.

- ! Results depend on what goes in. Clear photos and a detailed description give the AI more to work with, and the contractor reviews every line.
- ! Photos show surfaces only. Hidden conditions behind walls (rot, old wiring, structural problems) still need an on-site check.

About the Founder
Brad is a third-generation carpenter who grew up helping his dad build homes, remodels, and carpentry projects. After serving 5 years in the United States Air Force as a B-52 crew chief, he settled in the Pacific Northwest and started his own residential remodeling business.
With 20+ years of residential remodeling experience, Brad built EstimationPro.AI to fix a problem he lived: spending hours on every estimate. He uses it on his own remodeling jobs.
Brad also builds ReVision AI, an iOS app that turns room photos into renovation style visualizations, designed to help contractors close deals by showing clients the finished vision before work begins.
