Wage data
Regional multipliers for all 50 states plus DC and 50 metro areas start from Bureau of Labor Statistics OEWS wage data for carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with estimated adjustments.
Cost guides and retail prices
Item price ranges come from published consumer cost guides and home improvement store pricing.
