Founder & CEO, EstimationPro AI
Brad is a third-generation carpenter and US Air Force veteran who served as a B-52 Stratofortress crew chief. After his military service, he built a 20+ year career in residential remodeling, specializing in bathroom and kitchen renovations in the Pacific Northwest through his company, Pacific Remodeling LLC.
Frustrated by the time contractors spend on estimates (often unpaid), Brad founded EstimationPro AI to bring AI-powered cost estimation to independent contractors and small remodeling companies. The platform reflects decades of hands-on construction knowledge combined with modern AI and data engineering.
Brad also founded ReVision AI, an iOS app that lets homeowners visualize renovation styles using AI-generated room transformations.
