Affiliate Program Terms

1. The Program

The EstimationPro AI affiliate program ("Program") lets approved participants ("Affiliates") earn commissions by referring new paying customers to EstimationPro AI ("EstimationPro", "we", "us"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these terms in addition to our standard Terms of Service.

2. Enrollment

Applications are reviewed manually. We approve affiliates who have a genuine audience of contractors, remodelers, or construction professionals, or a genuine professional relationship with them. We may decline any application or remove any Affiliate at our discretion, including for violations of Section 6.

Approved Affiliates receive a unique referral link and access to a dashboard showing clicks, conversions, and commission balances.

3. Commissions

• Affiliates earn 20% of each payment a referred customer makes to EstimationPro during that customer's first 12 months as a paying subscriber.
• Commissions accrue only on payments we actually receive. Refunded or charged-back payments do not earn commission, and any commission already credited on them is reversed.
• Commissions apply to EstimationPro subscription payments only. They do not apply to payment-processing volume, one-off fees, or amounts a referred contractor's own clients pay them through the platform.
• There is no limit on the number of customers you can refer.

4. Tracking and Attribution

• Referrals are tracked with a cookie set when someone clicks your referral link, valid for 60 days.
• Attribution is last-click: if a visitor clicks links from two Affiliates, the most recent click before signup wins.
• A referral must be a new customer. Existing accounts, reactivations of prior accounts, and customers already in an active sales conversation with us do not qualify.
• Cookies can be lost (cleared browsers, cross-device signups). We credit what the tracking system records and will make good-faith corrections when clear evidence supports a missed referral, but tracking records are final in disputes.

5. Payouts

• Each commission is held for 45 days after the underlying customer payment, then approved. This covers our refund window.
• Approved balances of $50 or more are paid monthly via PayPal. Balances under $50 roll forward.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your commission income. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of EstimationPro.
• Balances forfeit if an account is terminated for fraud or violation of Section 6, or if a balance under the payout minimum remains inactive for 12 months after program termination.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following get an account removed and unpaid commissions voided:

• Self-referral: using your own link (or a household member's, or an account you control) to subscribe.
• Brand bidding: running search ads on "EstimationPro", "Estimation Pro", misspellings, or our domain names, or directing paid traffic to pages that impersonate us.
• Coupon and deal-site spam: posting your link framed as an official coupon, discount code, or deal on aggregator sites.
• Spam: unsolicited bulk email, comment spam, or posting your link where it is not welcome.
• Misleading claims: inventing features, results, guarantees, testimonials, or pricing we do not offer. Say what the product does; that is enough.
• Missing disclosure: failing to clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required, including the FTC endorsement guides in the United States (a plain "I earn a commission if you subscribe through my link" works).
• Trademark and content misuse: registering domains or social handles confusingly similar to ours, or presenting yourself as EstimationPro rather than a partner.

7. Program Changes and Termination

We may modify these terms, commission rates, or the Program itself with 30 days' notice by email to the address on your affiliate account. Changes apply prospectively: commissions already earned under the old terms are honored.

Either party may end participation at any time. On termination without cause, earned and approved commissions are paid out on the normal schedule, and pending commissions on existing referrals continue to accrue through each referred customer's 12-month window unless termination was for a Section 6 violation.

8. Liability

The Program is provided as-is. Our total liability to any Affiliate is limited to unpaid, validly earned commissions. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, tracking outages beyond our reasonable control, or an Affiliate's own business results.
