Jobber Pricing 2026: Every Plan, Fee and Real Cost

Jobber pricing as of September 2026: Core, Connect, Grow and Plus prices, team bundles, add-ons, card fees, contract terms and a real yearly cost for a crew.

By Brad

Quick answer: As of September 2026, Jobber costs $29 to $149 a month for one user on annual billing, or $49 to $199 a month if you pay month to month with no commitment. The solo plans are Core, Connect and Grow, and every plan lets you add users for $29 a month each. Team bundles of 5, 10 or 15 users run $149 to $529 a month billed annually, and the Plus plan starts at $399 a month for 5 users. Card payments through Jobber cost 2.9% + 30¢, bank (ACH) payments cost 1%. There’s no free plan, but there is a 14-day free trial of Grow with no credit card.

One thing up front: I build EstimationPro, which some contractors look at alongside Jobber. So every Jobber number on this page comes from Jobber’s own pricing page and help center, checked on September 30, 2026, and linked in the sources at the bottom. If what you’re really shopping for is faster estimates with follow-up built in, you can Try EstimationPro free and compare. If you want the full field service platform, here’s exactly what Jobber costs.

Jobber prices for one user

Jobber’s pricing page has three billing options. Monthly with no commitment, monthly with a 1-year commitment, and annual (paid up front). Here’s the regular price for each plan with a team size of “Just me”:

PlanMonthly, no commitmentMonthly, 1-year commitmentAnnual (per month, billed yearly)Yearly total at annual price
Core$49$39$29$348
Connect$139$119$99$1,188
Grow$199$169$149$1,788

The gap between month-to-month and annual adds up. Paying Grow month to month for a year is $2,388. Paying it annually is $1,788. That’s $600 a year for the flexibility to walk away. On Connect the difference is $480 a year ($1,668 vs $1,188), and on Core it’s $240 ($588 vs $348).

If the page shows an intro offer for new customers, budget on the regular price in the table anyway. That’s what you’ll pay once the offer ends.

Jobber team pricing and extra users

Jobber prices users two ways, and both are on its pricing page. Every plan card says “Add users for $29/mo each.” Pick a team size of 2-5, 6-10 or 11-15 people and the page also shows Connect, Grow and Plus as bundles. Core only appears under “Just me.” For 16 or more people, every plan says “Contact Sales.” Jobber counts a user as anyone who accesses your account, at the office or in the field, to view or manage the team’s schedule.

Users includedConnect (monthly / annual)Grow (monthly / annual)Plus (monthly / annual)
5$199 / $149$299 / $229$499 / $399
10$299 / $229$399 / $299$599 / $449
15$399 / $299$499 / $399$699 / $529

“Monthly” is the no-commitment price. “Annual” is the per-month price when you pay for the year up front.

Do the math both ways before you pick. Here’s a 3-person crew on annual billing:

Plan1 user + 2 added users5-user bundleCheaper route
Core$29 + $58 = $87Not offeredAdded users
Connect$99 + $58 = $157$149Bundle, by $8 a month
Grow$149 + $58 = $207$229Added users, by $22 a month

The edges matter too. A 6-person crew on Grow with annual billing could take the 5-user bundle plus one added user ($229 + $29 = $258 a month) instead of the 10-user bundle ($299), which is $492 a year less. These combinations come straight from the published prices, so confirm with Jobber how they’ll bill your exact headcount before you commit.

What each Jobber plan adds

Here’s what each plan card on Jobber’s pricing page lists:

Core: book and schedule jobs online, send quotes, send invoices and take online payments, a website, built-in reporting, and 100+ tools through the app marketplace.

Connect adds automated quote and invoice follow-ups, automated client reminders, automatic payment collection, job checklists, QuickBooks Online sync, and time and expense tracking.

Grow adds optional line items on quotes (so a client can pick upsells), quote customization with images and reviews, automatic time tracking, job costing, two-way texting with customers, and custom workflow automations.

Plus (5 users and up) adds unlimited photo and video storage, crew scheduling and team @mentions, automated expense capture with alerts when profitability slips, custom reports, and the Pipeline, Marketing Suite and Receptionist add-ons included. It also comes with dedicated onboarding and Premium Support.

If you bid project work, three lines decide your plan: automated quote follow-ups (Connect and up), optional line items for offering options (Grow and up), and job costing (Grow and up). If you live off your quotes, that points to Connect or Grow, not Core.

Jobber add-ons and what they cost

Add-onPriceWhat it is (per Jobber)Included in
Marketing Suite$99/moCampaigns, reviews, referrals, job showcase, social posting and a marketing planPlus
Receptionist$29/moAI answering for calls and texts; the help center says it includes 100 conversations per monthPlus
Pipeline$49/moTracks requests and quotes through to a booked jobPlus

The website is included on every plan. Add-ons are not available during the free trial, according to Jobber’s help center, so you can’t test them before you pay.

Here’s a quick check on Plus. A 5-user Grow bundle on annual billing is $229. Add all three add-ons ($99 + $29 + $49 = $177) and you’re at $406 a month. Plus for 5 users is $399 on annual billing and includes all three, along with crew scheduling and profitability alerts. If you’d buy two or more add-ons anyway, price out Plus before you stack them on Grow.

Jobber payment processing fees

This is the cost that’s easy to skip when you compare subscriptions. From Jobber’s plan comparison table and help center, as of September 2026:

Payment typeFee
Card payments (online)2.9% + 30¢
Tap to Pay (card present, on your phone)2.7% + 30¢
Bank payments (ACH, US only)1%
Instant payout (within minutes)Additional 1% of the payout

According to Jobber’s help center, standard payouts land on a two-business-day rolling window once your first payment has been deposited. ACH payments typically take 4 business days. Instant payouts are capped at $9,999 at once and $10,000 in a 24-hour period.

On remodel-size tickets, the fee choice is real money. Say you collect a $24,000 job in three payments of $8,000:

Paid by cardPaid by ACH
Percentage fee$24,000 x 2.9% = $696.00$24,000 x 1% = $240.00
Per-transaction fee3 x $0.30 = $0.90$0
Total fees$696.90$240.00

That $456.90 difference is more than three months of Grow at the annual price ($149 x 3 = $447). On big invoices, ask for bank payment, or build the card fee into your price. If you’re thinking about adding a card surcharge, check your state’s rules and your processor’s terms first.

What Jobber really costs a small crew for a year

The sticker price is only part of it. Here’s a worked example for a 3-person crew on Grow, using Jobber’s published prices and a set of assumptions you should swap for your own numbers:

  • Grow for 1 user plus 2 added users at $29 each, annual billing (cheaper than the 5-user bundle for 3 people)
  • Receptionist add-on
  • $300,000 collected through Jobber Payments in a year: half by card across 30 payments, half by ACH
LineMathYearly cost
Grow, 3 users, annual($149 + $58) x 12$2,484
Receptionist$29 x 12$348
Card fees$150,000 x 2.9% + 30 x $0.30$4,359
ACH fees$150,000 x 1%$1,500
Total$8,691

That’s about $724 a month. The software is $2,832 of it. The payment fees are $5,859. Pay the subscription month to month instead (($199 + $58) x 12 = $3,084) and the year comes to $9,291.

Revenue isn’t profit, and every dollar in that table is overhead. Software and processing fees belong in your overhead number, not in “someday.” Run your real yearly software cost through the contractor overhead calculator, then check that your markup still covers it with the contractor markup calculator.

Jobber contract terms and trial fine print

From the FAQ on Jobber’s pricing page:

  • Monthly, no commitment: cancel anytime. The subscription ends at the end of your current billing period.
  • Monthly, 1-year commitment: 12-month minimum term. If you cancel during the year, you keep getting billed monthly until the 12 months are up.
  • Annual (prepaid): billed for the full term up front. If you cancel mid-year you keep access until the term ends, but the payment is non-refundable.
  • Renewal: all subscriptions renew automatically unless set to non-renew.
  • Plan changes: upgrade anytime; downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Sales tax: prices exclude sales tax where applicable.
  • Free trial: 14 days with the Grow plan’s features, no credit card. If it expires before you add billing, Jobber says nothing is deleted.

Two things I’d watch. First, the trial runs on Grow. If you trial Grow and then buy Core to save money, you lose automated quote follow-ups, optional line items and job costing, so decide during the trial which of those you actually used. Second, the 1-year commitment and annual plans both lock you in. I wouldn’t prepay a year of any software until I’d run a month of real jobs through it.

Which Jobber plan fits which contractor

Going by what each plan includes:

  • Core ($29-$49 solo): you send a handful of quotes a month, you’re fine chasing them yourself, and you don’t need QuickBooks sync.
  • Connect ($99-$139 solo): you send a lot of quotes and want Jobber to follow up on quotes and invoices for you, plus QuickBooks Online sync. For a solo contractor who bids work, this is the realistic floor.
  • Grow ($149-$199 solo): you sell options on your quotes, want job costing to see which jobs make money, or text clients back and forth.
  • Plus ($399+ for 5 users, annual): you run crews, need crew scheduling, and would buy two or more of the Receptionist, Pipeline and Marketing Suite add-ons anyway.

A good share of what the upgrades add is field operations: checklists, time and expense tracking, automatic time tracking, crew scheduling. If most of your week is recurring visits and techs in trucks, that’s money well aimed. If most of your week is bidding projects, weigh how much of each tier you’d actually use.

Where EstimationPro fits, and where it doesn’t

I’m a remodeler. My problem was never dispatching trucks. It was spending my evenings building estimates, then getting busy on a job site and forgetting to chase them. A lot of jobs are won on the second or third follow-up, not the first estimate.

EstimationPro does that one part. You give it photos, a voice walkthrough, typed notes or measurements, and it builds a priced, line-item estimate with labor and materials adjusted for your region. You review and edit every line, then send it as a branded PDF or a link the client can view and approve. When you send it from EstimationPro, the client gets a reminder at 24 hours if they haven’t opened it, another 48 hours after they open it if they haven’t responded, and a final one at 7 days. Contractors save 2+ hours per estimate.

Starter is $79 a month (10 estimates) and Pro is $149 a month (25 estimates, plus e-signatures, invoices and milestone payment schedules). It is not a dispatch, crew-routing or field-service platform, and it doesn’t order materials. If you need those, Jobber or a tool like it is the better fit.

FAQ: Jobber pricing questions

Does Jobber have a free plan? No. As of September 2026 Jobber offers a 14-day free trial with the Grow plan’s features and no credit card required, then you pick a paid plan.

Does Jobber charge per user? Yes. Every plan card on the pricing page says you can add users for $29 a month each. Core, Connect and Grow for one person include 1 user, team bundles include 5, 10 or 15 users, and 16 or more users is priced through sales. Check both routes for your crew size, because sometimes the bundle wins and sometimes added users do.

Is Jobber cheaper if I pay annually? Yes. Grow for one user is $149 a month on annual billing vs $199 month to month, which saves $600 a year. The catch is that the annual payment is non-refundable if you cancel mid-year.

Which Jobber plan includes automated quote follow-ups? Connect, Grow and Plus. Core does not include automated follow-ups on quotes or invoices.

Does Jobber sync with QuickBooks? Jobber’s pricing FAQ says it syncs with QuickBooks Online, and the Connect plan card lists QuickBooks Online sync. It isn’t on the Core card, so plan on Connect or higher if you need it.

How should I cover software and card fees in my job prices? Treat them as overhead. Add up your yearly software, add-on and processing costs, spread them across your expected jobs with the contractor overhead calculator, and set your markup so each job carries its share. The profit margin calculator shows what margin you actually keep after that.

Should I push clients to pay by bank transfer? On large invoices it saves real money: 1% by ACH vs 2.9% + 30¢ by card through Jobber Payments. On a $24,000 job that’s $240 vs $696.90. Put your preferred payment method in the estimate terms so it’s settled before the first invoice goes out.

Before you pick a plan

Add up the whole year, not the monthly sticker: plan, team bundle, add-ons and payment fees. Then pick the cheapest plan that still does the part of the job that makes you money. For me, that’s the follow-up on the quotes I already send.

If that’s the part you need most, EstimationPro builds the estimate from your photos and notes and follows up automatically on every estimate you send from it, so there’s nothing to remember. Pro adds invoices and milestone payments when the client says yes. Try EstimationPro free with 3 estimates, no credit card.
